The area is called the Eilandspolder and Noordeinde is one of the little villages in the Eilandspolder, part of Graft and de Rijp. In the village of Noordeinde the typical barn with adjoining voorhuis (front house) is located. Het Voorhuis dates from the 18th century, has timber inner walls and is completely renovated in style.
